1.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the pipvip Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. pipvip reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where this requirement is not satisfied. Players under 21 years of age are absolutely prohibited from holding an account or participating in any real-money activity on the Platform.

1.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual player may hold only one registered account on pipvip. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where pipvip determines that a player holds more than one account, pipvip reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

1.3 Registration Information

At registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your Bangladeshi mobile number and a password of at least eight characters. You must not impersonate any other person, register under a false identity, or provide false contact details. pipvip is not responsible for any failure in service delivery resulting from inaccurate information provided at registration.

1.4 Geographic Eligibility

The pipvip Platform is operated for and primarily targeted at adult players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and assume full responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pipvip accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfers from select Bangladeshi financial institutions including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

2.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. pipvip charges zero processing fees on withdrawals made to bKash and Nagad mobile wallets. Withdrawal requests to bank accounts may be subject to the receiving institution's standard transfer fees, which are the responsibility of the player.

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within fifteen minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. pipvip processes all withdrawal requests in the order in which they are received. In certain circumstances, including identity verification checks or suspected fraudulent activity, processing times may be extended pending review.

2.4 Deposit Ownership

All funds deposited into your pipvip account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. pipvip reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source and suspend the account if a third-party deposit is identified.

2.5 Currency

All transactions on the pipvip Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Amounts displayed on the Platform are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. pipvip is not responsible for any currency conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

4.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the pipvip Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. pipvip reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has led to the posting of incorrect odds, where there is evidence of match-fixing or corruption, or where a bet appears to have been placed with knowledge of information not available to the general public.

4.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted as a result of a manifest error in the odds, line, or game outcome — including system errors, data feed failures, or human input errors — pipvip reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. A manifest error is one where a reasonable person would recognise that the offered price was obviously incorrect.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market, and game type and are displayed at the point of bet placement. pipvip reserves the right to alter stake limits for individual players or markets at any time. In particular, pipvip may impose reduced maximum stake limits on players whose betting patterns indicate professional or systematic activity inconsistent with recreational play.

4.4 Casino and RNG Games

All casino games and random number generator (RNG) games offered on the Platform utilise certified software from reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by independently certified RNG algorithms. pipvip does not interfere with or alter game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

6.1 pipvip's Right to Suspend or Close

pipvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where pipvip has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has:

• Provided false or misleading information during or after registration
• Breached any provision of these Terms
• Engaged in fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise dishonest activity
• Attempted to manipulate or exploit the Platform, its games, or its promotions
• Acted in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward pipvip staff or other players
• Accessed the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited

6.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A player may request closure of their account at any time by contacting pipvip support. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within five business days. pipvip is not obligated to return bonus balances where wagering requirements have not been met at the time of closure.
